Can anybody give me a link or a synopsis of each PRT's traits, hidden and not. For the current patch of course.

There is a section here in this forum for each trait that contains extra info from player knowledge. However, the best place to get an overall synopsis is from the Stars Strategy Guide which is available from the Mare Crisium web site here:
