I can see the timing on this being very bad - I'm out of the country from the 6th to 13th April. Sad I will probably be able to find a way to submit, but am likely to be somewhat less than 100% reliable during that period.

Would you be able to start the game on hold until everyone has submitted their 2400 orders ? At least this way I could make sure I get my queues set up and initial scouting underway.

 Can I vote for the game to be "ranked" ? I have no expectations of getting into the top 25%, but I'd like to see how it works out.

Edog posted somewhere else (can't remember where off-hand) that he might make this a ranking game if people ask for it.

So I asked for it. Grin

Of course, the rest of the players would have to agree with me, and I don't think that's particularly likely. Still, if you don't ask, you don't get.
