Actually I think it'd be kinda nice to have 3.5 million colonists Smile

settle the max you can on your first world, then troll the fleet around doing the same on every habitable planet you can find. Which is what an exodus fleet would do anyway. 'Land' and just start settlings planets with as many people as they can as fast as they can. Be kinda nice I think. Smile

But 1 mill is nice. Even if it's not 100%. It's hopefully enough to get half or more down. And that's a better start that most games get.
