-Full Replacement needed, game is early, minimal catchup required.
(mostly in the way of how to buy and sell with the trade races, the rest can be found on the announce game thread.)
-Player has a modest amount of Trade Credits to purchase items, tech, ships, minerals and other commodities from the trade races.
-Player is still (for now) doing well on auto pilot.
