By race design spreadsheet do you mean a spreadsheet that emulates the Race Wizard, or a spreadsheet that is essentially a collection of race designs in one compact place?

I think the former is quite difficult to do since the Race Wizard point costs for the interactions of hab ranges, pop growth rate, and the TT LRT are not known and believed to be fairly complex.

As for the latter, I compiled about 50-60 race designs a few years back in a spreadsheet. Most of my preliminary race designs (which really show my early biases in race design) as well as races from a variety of other sources such as the newsgroup and some web-sites (such as Bluebear's).
