What game is it??

Sometime in the past, I watched a series of game play videos on Youtube, an FPS on PC, where the character found a strange gauntlet in an abandoned military jeep. The gauntlet lets you steal energy/life from trees and animals. Later you find an upgrade that lets you transfer energy/life back to dead trees/animals to resurrect them. One of the goals of the game is to infiltrate and take out a building complex where a tower periodically sends out a pulse, sucking the life out of anything in a certain radius of the tower.

I've been searching for a few weeks, but haven't been able to find this game yet, and Google searching hasn't helped either.
