i have my stars! found again, and wanted to ask if here someone still needs the manuals in German.
Would that then to scan. Or am I blind and they already exist here?

it don't exist, as it is still copyright protect.
So its not legal to scan it and upload it .

Looks like a version of the Help file is online at https://wiki.starsautohost.org/wikinew/hlp/index.html
The only links that work are that page, unfortunately. When you view a page, the green text that should be links are not. Maybe that structure could be translated to German?

Personally, I have no problem with scanning a manual.

Hi, i am getting error messages when opening help

6ac0:err:win:wine_WinHelp16A 105: can't start winhelp.exe -x ?

edit;
If I take the winhlp32.exe from starswine4_win7_alternate, then it only shows me the error message once, and not with every click in the help menu. Is progress Wink

By the way, thank you very much for your effort. The game runs so far 1a Smile

This intrigued me. I have an old html version with dud links too. Confused

I've located an ancient hlp-file decoder tool that outputs what appears to be the original rtf file with all pseudo-links intact. Unfortunately, translating that to html is not straightforward, but I'm making progress with a plaintext editor and plenty search'n'replace. Twisted Evil
