Two Shadallark scouts spotted moving at high warp, bypassing all planets, and coming on two very different approach vectors. Considering we're only on turn 4 my thinking is that he is either packet physics or interstellar traveller. His behaviour is typical of somebody with penetrating scanners but that would require JOAT, which doesn't get him two scouts to start with. If they both came from the same planet his homeworld must be very close to mine. As it is are within 5 turns of eachother at warp 9 so this is going to turn nasty right quick.
I found another red planet this turn.
My production for the next year has been adjusted to be 3 scouts and 1 destroyer. I hope to take out his second scout and learn something about him in the process.
