 New Game Wizard does not allow to set the game condition to ownership of 51% exactly. There is a choice either 55% or 50%. And so I decided to set it to 55%.

Hi, I am late with my race file because it's on a computer I can't access at the moment.

 I also had to delay posting my race file because I got caught up with Christmas preparation and when I wanted to send the file to Micha on the 24th I also got an error message which prevented me from being able to browse the board entirely.

I'll be sending the file in the next few hours. I actually already have the race, I simply need to copy it again and this time add a password since I forgot to add one...
