I am going to allow 12 players under condition no one is against. I am aware that this may be seen as a significant change of initial game announcement. And, in addition, the change is done once most of players submitted their races.
So if you feel 11 players is enough, please PM and I will add Drakhyulla as a substitute player.
Also, I would like to pay attention on the fact that Tranquility (as Dogthinker mentioned) is going to be very crowdy. Let name of this game does not mislead you, I expect Tranquility will be very aggressive game. This is due to the fact that we are playing up to the turn 2475. I would sugest to prepare rather QS races than HPs!
There is 1 day to submit the race!
