Hey everyone, looking for some help here.
Today I noticed that Stars! is not showing certain fleets,(mine or enemy/allies) in deep space or orbiting planets.
I can find fleets, by clicking randomly in deep space (when I find a fleet it will show up while selected, only to disappear after i select something something. Or by right clicking on planets and looking for fleets.
Some fleets show up fine, however i cannot find a correlation to fleet number or any other factor that determines which fleets show and which do not.
I do not have any ship filters enabled, and enabling the filters to show all designs does not help.
The ship count is showing incorrectly at certain planets, Ie I have 2 fleets in orbit of a planet, one with 1 ship, the other with 2 ships, and the ship count is only showing one ship in orbit rather than 3.
I have closed and reopened stars!, Rebooted the PC.
I have also checked other .m files of old games where I know i was not having the problem, and the issue is still there. So i know it is not a corrupt .m file.
does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this/ what I can do to fix it?

VonKreedon suggested deleting the Stars.ini file.
And that fixed the problem.
This can me closed.
