Tempest in a Teapot V
A game for Beginner Stars! Players.
“Dorion, ridiculing the description of a tempest in the “Nautilus” of Timotheus, said that he had seen a more formidable storm in a boiling saucepan.”
Game Description:
This game is intended for beginner players. No players who are Graduates of Combat Academy or the ilk must need apply. 
This game will be a ranked game on autohost, with gen times of 24 hours for the first 30 turns, after which players may suggest another gen schedule.
Universe Description:
- Medium Universe, Normal density, Distant player positions.
- Accelerated BBS Start, Random Events, PPS at Turn 2450.
- This universe will house eight players.
- And one nasty expert Hyper-Expansion AI
- And one nasty expert Packet-Physics AI
Race Restrictions:
- No Claim Adjusters
- No Jack of all Trades with LRT of “No Advanced Scanners”
Cheat Disclaimor:
No cheats are allowed, published or unpublished, with the exception of chaff and split-fleet dodge.
Victory Conditions:
Victory will be decided by the players, a vote by all active players will be called in 2500 (it may be suggested by players sooner) and if a player has gotten majority vote then he/she has won.

Its fine, there is room. That would bring the count up to 5 players, I'll post the potential roster tomorrow...
However, I want to caution you... in the beginning game turns are easy but as the turns progress you should find yourself doing more micromanagement for each turn... you may very well be looking at 1/2 hour moves (time to analyse, MM, and correspondence) So, I caution you, be careful not to bite off more than you can chew
