Wouldn't do you any good. Game is NOT complete and requires a server (code only held by MC) to host multiplayer games.

Does this mean, if the MC server is offline (or if the project is canceled) the whole beta is shutdown ? Confused

I'm not a beta tester, so I haven't heard much about it.

If you go to starbase delta and look at the last time any post was made in the beta forum you can see that it's been a long long time since anyone said anything about the beta (basically nothing has happened for well over a year)

I doubt very much if we'll see a release of Supernova now. I suspect the project is now dead.

True, but you will recall that BattleCruiser 3000AD was hugely out of date when it was finally released in a manner that was any use.

Will Supernova be the same way?

Yep, BC3000AD had horrible gameplay and graphics. The graphics because it was outdated 3D and the onyl way to get good grahpics with it was to use old Voodoo cards. S!SNG concentrates on gameplay, and BC3000AD had too many 'parts' to it. S!SNG should atleast have superior gameplay to most games, btu I wouldn't be the least surprised if the graphics continued to be out of date.

Anyone read the Contacting the Developes Forum on the starbase delta boards, anyone think that its the least bit real?
