 Did Empire release a 2.71 patch in 2004?

 hmm, well, it only updates ctl3dv2.dll, hyprfind.dll, hyprfind.txt and stars!.hlp

So the help and the sound... And these to the same versions I already have in my 2.7 JRC3 folder.
