13+ players - Huge
Distant
Normal Density (maybe Dense if 16 players)
Slow tech advances
Public player scores (if a majority agrees - more then 50%)Acc BBS

Exceeds second place by 100%, Highest score after 250 years
Must be 150 years before winner is declared, 1 criteria.

Also can win by voting any time after 50 years, if has a majority (which depends on the number of active players).

Turns generated at 4am GMT Monday-Friday - changed if needed (again on a majority basis - I like my democracy )

Host is playing (don't forget to password those files!)

No cheats allowed - chaff is fine.

Probably suit beginner-intermediate types best, but anyone welcome.

Got 10 players interested now...

First of all I have the email from Ron...we have two weeks to submit. I'll reduce that to 10 days for me to get it submitted.

Split Fleet Dodge - hmmm....I don't see a huge problem with this
UR/CE Scrapping - cheat
0.2% Minimum Damage - cheat
False Public Player Scores - if you can stand the MM
North/South Minefield Immunity - cheat
East/West Minefield Immunity - cheat
SS Pop Steal - cheat
freepop Hack - cheat

The above 4 cheat/bugs are fixed if the game generates under JRC4. JRC4 is the default for all new games on AutoHost.

and I did resist the desire to play a monster CA

Agreed, but I am sure someone will try it. I think anyone with honour (or who has played for a little while) will avoid them...complete beginners will probably give it a go though...
