One of our rulers has found the challenge of galactic conquest to be too much, and has abandoned his throne. The people have called for open elections to replace him....
The Nogoodnix have been without leadership for a number of years now. Since the host is playing, I do not have direct knowledge of this race's design or position. If you are interested in playing, I'll put you in touch with the neutral party that's holding the passwords.
