This has been a GREAT game.

Only two players quit early -- chaosknight and William.
Without their great leader, the Bielorussian Empire was gobbled by the imperialistic power of the neighbouring races.
William's people where truly Lost Souls, as seen in the Doom Trilogy.

Dogthinker, canine head strategist, resigned and marco75, cyborg leader of the Southern Cross Special Forces ©1991-2006, took over from his position. marco75 had earned the respect of even the mighty P.A.F. and the People through sheer perseverance. He knew he was too early a production model to achieve a clear victory, but used his cyborg brain to his full capacity nonetheless.

Dan, Bob and Steve were great allies. They crushed Pam Nuwen as though he/she were an insect. Their combined forces could only be slowed down by Ptolemy's scorched earth tactic.

Vader© and Ptolemy were closes allies, probably as close as Hollow and marco75, but far more effective and ambitious.

And then there are the pacifistic People. To this day, marco75 believes their goal was the total exploration and colonization of the entire universe we all called home.

To all those who participated in this great space opera, I can only say a big THANK YOU, and ... see you all in EVE ONLINE!

Regards,

Colonel Marco75 SCSF, ret.

It was just the other way around, with the P.A.F barely able to contain the Scandic/Vader southward scorched-earth thrust which razed the Qeng-ho without warning. Pirate Shocked

And yes, the pacifistic People abandoned their peaceful ways when one after the other all their unarmed probes were destroyed and saw no other way to complete their exploration of the galaxy and the mapping of all space-time continuum wrinkles. Sherlock Whip

So many Stars, so few Missiles!

In space no one can hear you scheme! Deal
