as freakboy said how about an all HE game with only the Mini-Colonizers, Colonizer, Miners, Bombers and of course MM.

To kill starbases you don't need the biggest ships! You need the smallest!  CHAFF! And I think the scout hull is allowed else it will be hard to scout the universe  The mini colonizer only has a mech slot so no room for scanners ...
I think it is a wonderfull idea to only allow the PRT specific hulls! HE is excellent for that since the MM can be used for about everything! Next to that hull I would allow as less other ship hulls as possible, no other warships, no other transports, of course you need scouts, bombers and miners, but nothing else! Keep it pure!

k thanks for the sugestion, but mini-colonizers are to be used, ya gotta have a way to colonize other worlds, scouts are allowed cause you need some way of finding enemy ships. those suggestions are now part of the rules, cap missiles are not allowed, chaff is allowed, im kinda torn between allowing the plit-dodge fleet tactic, ill let ya know when I make up my mind

Hm, no quote so I have no clue to who you are replying, if it was to me, than I have to say that I did _not_ rule out the mini colonizer, of course you can't wait to get the MM before starting to colonize I said only use PRT specific hulls, so that's the mini colonizer included.
My humble opinion about the split dodge is to allow it, the tracking mechanism is random enough to make it depend on luck like many other things in Stars! But I'm not in the game (don't like HE) so feel free to ignore me
