How can I create a game with 'wormholes' but no other random events?

I don't *think* it's possible.

But then again up until about 5 minutes ago I thought no random events only removed the sudden increase in X mineral concentration, asteroids hitting planets and the MT.

I played a game before with 'wormholes' and did not notice any other events so I thought it is possible. Well, I just got lucky then.

Yeah, too bad you can't pick and choose the random events you want. I persoanlly hate that MT fella, but I wouldn't mind the rest. I especially like finding tech on uncolonized planets.

Hell yes...I even mass produced colony ships once with 100 colonists each and colonised everything within ~500ly for the tech points Smile I'm still not sure whether it was worth it..but it worked Smile

Did that work?? I thought I read somewhere that you had to have a minimum of cols on board to prevent people abusing this in the manner you did (I'm NOT calling it a cheat Wink ). Guessing that number would be 1000 cols? If more than the HE wouldn't get any tech points ...

hmm....could have been..I don't remember...was definately less than 1500 tho. I wouldn't call it a cheat either...the stars book mentions a long ago race that left artifacts behind and should we ever discover the remains of a RL alien race there'll certainly be star-combers out there searching.
