You have to pick what it offers not to write something on your own.
For example: all of "Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (Canada)" must be written there in the box ... then it approves the location.

For those like me, that need more instructions: just start typing the name of the city in the field. I've needed a couple of visits to figure that out. Sad
