Thank the stars that minelaying plague is over. What a boring plague that was. I don't think any damage was caused by it.
Twenty seven plague technicians resigned and became washer repairmen. Washer repairmen you say? Yes, those are the guys that fix the holes in washers. This is not a tough job in most cases except when you have to fix a black hole. You either fix the hole or you get washed up. Muuuahahahaha!

No shipbuilding! Aaaaaahhhhh!
Well, now might be a good time to start trading and exchanging tech and building those factories and mines and overpopulating the HW's if you haven't built enough freighters. Build, build, build. Ship, ship, ship. But not together. No build ship. No ship build.
