A not so old man in a not so brown cloak, moved softly and slowly towards the bar. It was a bar of no import, a barman of even less, and a man so non-descript, you could not remember if he was 5’9 or 6’5. Softly, almost unnoticed, the soft ‘clink’ of metal on metal could be heard in the man’s robes. It was the ‘clink’ of something small, something held by a leather strap, something that glinted in the light. The barman, without turning to face the man, proceeded to make a seemingly complicated drink. He smiled a small, sad smile, turned around and placed the glass in front of the man. “So, it’s true then?” intoned the barman “You’ll be leaving us… for good?” The strange man looked up, smiled, and said “Not for good” He looked down at his drink and added “But for now, yes, I will be leaving” The barman looked sad for a moment “I figured as much, what with you keeping yourself so scarce” For a while it was silent, and the only measure of time was the slowly emptying glass in front of this strange man “I’ll miss this place though” he looked sad. The barman nodded, a short, final nod, and the man walked to the door. Just before taking that final step, he looked back and as he did this, the light caught the silver glint of a lightsaber, strapped to his belt, and then the man was gone. Alone, yet surrounded by people, the barman though to himself, “And we’ll miss you, ForceUser”
With this story, I say farewell! Till better times, when we will meet again!

The smoke hangs thick in the bar, a bar of no import.. as usual...
The sound of dozens of conversations merge into a single, low murmer.. as usual...
The bartender, of less import eyes the door.. waiting.. as usual...
The door opens.. and the barman wants to look, but so many times before it wasn't him, so why would this time be different? He hears the slow and steady footfalls.. It sounds familiar... He hears the soft click of metal on metal.. It sounds familiar but no, he thinks, why would he come back.. why now? He looks up, he opens his mouth to speak, but no words come out. He tries again, again he closes his mouth without saying a word. What do you say to a friend who has been gone so long? The man infront of him smiles, put's his hand on the silent barman's shoulder, revealing the glint of a lightsaber and speaks:
"How are you.. my old friend?"
Just thought I'd announce my return to Stars! the same way I left it.. with a stoty
