Well, i decided to put this here rather than in announcements as i have no idea about the response, and only sketchy ideas relative to size etc.
Basically, the idea is to promote interesting ship designs, by allowing only certain hulls, the idea being at the moment only hulls with gen. purpose slots, although this might be trimmed later to include must-have ships and remove ones that aren't needed.
I am prepared to host this game, although not play in it, depending on what responses i get
