Wonka's Mineral Factory is over, Temple of Light played by Jorge are the victors.

For those who didn't follow it, Wonka was a game where everyone got basically unlimited minerals supplied by 4 host run races, two ARs to mine, and two ITs to distribute. It used cost-0 setup to set up the distribution network, and get the first batch of minerals.

Because of that most races were mineless (5/25/5 mine settings), this seemed to work well. The RW savings allowed all races to improve, so the starting speed was very fast.

The first real war was when the Havens (IT) attacked the Deltans (SS). Havens fairly quickly got the Deltan HW, but then stalled, and was never able to finish them off.

The next war was when v (IT) found some wormholes and attacked the Qwerty (JOAT) in the opposite corner. That war went well for v.

Around the same time the Krill (SD) and the Ur-Quan (WM) attacked the Soviets (IS) and made rapid progress until the player dropped (without notice) and the host took over. Still didn't take too long to finish the Soviets off.

As the v-Qwerty war was getting close to the end, the Suckers (SD) and the Mordors (WM) formed an alliance to attack v. Mordors canceled a NAP with them, with a 5-year warning period. Suckers just attacked, toward the end of that period. The initial Sucker attack met some ARM bases and died. As the NAP ended, v launched a well-coordinated attack on the Mordors, wiping out a bunch of worlds. A few turns later Temple (IS) joined v against the Mordors, and the Havens and Ur-Quan joined against v. Temple and v then did some intersettling which helped both races. Havens got peace from the Deltans by giving back the HW. Temple took a few Mordor and Haven worlds. v and Temple made quick work of Haven. And then continued on against the Deltans.

Another war broke out with Krill vs. Temple.

Alliances were strange: Krill was allied to Ur-Quan, Mordor, Haven, Suckers, AND v. v was allied to Temple and Krill. Temple was at war with Krill but on friendly terms with Ur-Quan. Suckers were allied to Haven and Deltans from early on. Most alliances were not just convenience they did support each other. The only one that looked shaky was the Krill-v alliance. Krill got a lot out of it - IT gates, and Krill took a lot of worlds from Mordor and Suckers just after (or before) v managed to pound them down. v never seemed to get annoyed by this poaching. v was able to use Krill gates to advance against his enemies, and with 4 enemies already probably didn't want to add another enemy...

At this point Soviets, Haven, and Deltan were all eliminated, Mordors and Qwerty just had some scout ships left (Qwerty scattered them all over). Ur-Quan lost all worlds, but managed to evacuate some pop and was able to control a few worlds at the end of the game. Suckers were very weak, but still fighting back.

Temple-Krill war was turning in favor of Temple due to some major battles; Krill may not have realized how big the Temple fleet was because Temple was using overcloakers to hide some of the fleet. Krill couldn't do the same against an IS of course.

Temple also had TT, with bio expensive. Temple used it to make terraforming cheaper early on, and not until much later did they research bio to get hither levels of TT. But when they did, the higher levels really helped their worlds and they moved into a powerful economic lead (game was not PPS so others may not have realized how big they'd gotten).

After Krill realized they had no chance of stopping Temple, Krill declared Temple the victor. v felt the game wasn't decided yet, and ended the alliance with Temple with 5 years notice, and got peace with the Suckers. When the warning period ended, Temple launched attacks and packets at several v worlds. v miscounted and thought they had one more year, so didn't respond, and gave up.

Here are the passwords in case you want to look at the files yourself.

 2 v - saturn

 9 Ur-Quan - Fristals
12 Temple of Light - light
13 Krill - niles

 8 Mineral Dudes - peace

In 2450 I asked people to give me a summary of their positions:
Host summary:
Early on Haven attacked Deltan and took his HW after a bit of fighting, this captured 70 drops and a huge pile of minerals. Although with captured rules, those drops are harder to use. Perhaps I should allow up to 10% shifts (minimum of 1, maximum of 5). The other fighting so far is Krill attacking the Soviets, and a few races picking on Qwerty. There was also a clash between v and Mordor, but that seems to have quieted for now, it'll probably flare up again soon.
From skimming the turns, it looks like there is a tangled web of alliances, but it might shake out into v, Temple of Light, and Deltan vs. Krill, Sucker, Haven, Mordors, and Ur-Quan. Don't count out the smaller alliance however, it's got the #1 and #2 players, and the only SS and, after the Soviets are gone, the only IS. It is a bit scattered, but with an IT that might not matter as much.

Score:
             2452
IT v 2763-1
SD Sucker 1434-4
IT Haven 1266-5
JOAT Qwerty 1053-7
WM Ur-Quan 675-9
IS Soviet 448-10
WM Mordor 1227-6
IS Temple 2235-2
SD Krill 1978-3
SS Deltan 698-8

IT Mover 1236
IT Strait 1153
AR Dudes 256
AR Dudette 255

Soviet summary (written by host):
The first few turns were covered by OWK, no real movement ability (race doesn't have IFE, and didn't yet have con 4 for FX) so scouting was slower. Found a few minor greens and one good one. Slow developing, didn't form any alliances as far as I can tell. About 2440, Krill attacked with BBs. With a big tech and resource deficit, there is no way to stop them. The original player dropped, and the host took over to keep them from being too easy. The race will die in 10-20 years I predict, and is in last place, so everyone is doing better.

Qwerty summary:
well about the status of the game..i don't think i will stay alive long...being in the corner with two aggressive races that started war on me almost right away and a third aggressive race that jumped in by the wormholes i am in kind of a bad spot...it hampers my growth severely to fight a war with three enemy's at a time while a fourth is assisting the Urquan...
i managed to get a NAP with my neighbor on the east so that is at least a bit of a support.

about how the rest is doing i think the Urquan will do well being a Warmonger and having a solid ally in the krill that are Space Destroyers so they cover the worst defense flaw from the WM.
the V are my second foe i guess they are doing ok also because they are able to throw a lot of ships through the wormholes ( imagine to have two wormholes in your space both ending at the same turf)).
the third foe are the soviets that are gonna get the bill in a few years and seeing the maker already seems to have left i guess they aren't doing well at all..maybe he would have done better if he negotiated with me instead of attacking me without speech.

So in a Nutshell unless i am able to get a few allies soon i think i am doing rather bad but i will hold the fort till the last man standing and at least hamper their grow a bit..Cool

Haven summary:
I've got quasi alliances with the Ur-Quan, the Mordor, the Krill, and the Suckers.

I'm tech and world trading with the V while planning to coordinate attacks upon them.

I'm planning to try to exterminate the Deltans as quickly as possible, and fear they're getting assistance from someone else; if I can get rid of them, I should have a large chunk of area I control and can make use of to expand my population and resources, and build up a fleet to attack someone else, such as perhaps the Temple of Light or the V, if I can join in a group there.

Sucker summary:
Things are going good. Jihad BBs are being produced in mass numbers for a joint attack on the V with Mordor. Not sure when we are going to initiate Operation Monkey Stomp, but I am planning on attacking in 2455 whether Mordor is ready or not.

I am allied with the Krill, and have provided some assistance to the Havenites and Deltan. It's funny that the Havenites and Deltan are at war with each other and I am helping both sides. Go figure. I love Vulture-Kills they kill each other and I pick up the pieces.

Mordor summary:
I currently have NAPs with all of my neighbors and am tech trading with the Ur-Quan and the Havenites.

I'm planning on ending the Nap with the V and joining the Suckers in a war against them. The V of all my neighbors scare me the most.

I'm currently in 7th (6th) but just got en 14 and con 16 Smile

Krill summary:
Met my first neighbor the Suckers early in the game and decided initially on a NAP with a 5-year escape clause. We quickly decided on a little intersettlement since we were close in hab.
Met my second neighbor the Ur-Quan soon after and again signed another 5-year NAP agreement. Did some planet exchanges.
Met the soviets and Mordors at the same time. The mordors shot my scouts and the soviets warned me off his space.
I concentrated on pop movement and colonization, but didn't do very good scanning at the beginning.
Once I got my scanning up to snuff, I figured that the Soviets would be good targets as they were spread out and showed no signs at all of defensive or offensive ships even though we had exchange words over Bilskinir.
Bombed a few Qwerty planets for the Ur-Quan and packeted a Soviet planet and packeted a Qwerty planet that he must have set up through WH when my scanning was bad.
The initial battles with the Soviets proved my wise decision. He was using armored DD's with weak beams.
I sent an attack fleet off with jihad bb's and lbu-17 bombers. He saw this attack fleet and started building MORE armored DD's. I eventually destroyed 150 of them over one of his planets and then learned of my first mistake. I should not have only put lbu-17's on my bombers. I am now sitting over his planets SLOWLY bombing them away.

My current position:
I am allied with Suckers and Ur-Quan. I have 5-year Nap agreements with V and Havenites. I have traded planets with V and tech with Havenites. I am supplying tech to Suckers and Ur-Quan. Enemy to Soviets and Qwertys. Set Deltans to friends to allow him safe passage through my minefields in Sucker space.
I am in 3rd with Suckers(SD) in 4th. I believe the Temple of light(Joat?) to be in first and the Havenites(IT) to be in 2nd. V(IT) in 5th and Qwerty's(IS) in 6th followed by the Mordors(WM), Soviets(IS) and Deltans(SS).
My tech is 16/16/10(11)/14/11/6(7). I have scrappers from V to C16 and scrappers from Ur-Quan for Bio10. I am researching to prop12 for new bb's. Production should start in 2 years.

My Plans:
Finish taking out Soviets and move in. Then really take it to the Qwerty's as they have good planets for me. I have set up for 3 MT meetings. 1 next, another the following and the 3rd about 10 turns away. /me has crossed fingers

Info:
I hear that the Suckers and Mordors are setting up to attack the V which is good news for me since I was worried about a possible back stab. Still am, but will build defenses soon.

For some reason the V believe the Suckers to be PP. The Havenites might jump in against the V.

v summary:
The v have reached their borders and now expand to the opposite side of the galaxy. There are a lot of juicy planets at the south west corner of the galaxy, uninhabited, or they will be uninhabited shortly. The Qwertylians don't seem to defend their planets very much. They have inferior technology. The wormhole connections are excellent.

In the north east corner, things are more challenging. The v are befriended with the Havenites, IT, the Temple of Light, IS, and the Krillian, SD. The Krillian are very dangerous, probably the biggest contender - sooner or later, there will be war. Probably, the v will wait until later, when the exploding mines aren't that dangerous any more. They should be #2, with the v being #1. They have lots of room, the whole north west area is theirs. The Havenites are quite big too, but I don't know very much about them yet.

After having beaten the Mordor in the fight for one planet, there is peace with them too - they just seem to be stalling and not being able to do anything. No danger from there...

But: there are the Suckers - nobody knows their PRT, they are not very talkative - they will be the next goal. In hope that the Krillian don't fight on their side... We will see what Mass Drivers are capable to do in these settings.

All in all, the v don't have to fight too much for single planets as they seem to have a quite different hab range (except for the Qwertylians probably). The v have good economy and, even though they are nearly not trading tech, they are leading in tech. They have to use that tech edge until it is over, and thus grab some more planets and cripple one or two enemies. The Qwertylians and the Suckers should be ideal for that. The v will shortly have Armageddon Missiles and later Nubians.

Temple summary:
I'm rank #2, I had 43k Res in 2450. I have no alliances so far, but a non-aggression pact with some of my neighbors: Deltans, Havenites, Mordors, Qwertylians. Currently no wars.

I had only made the NAP with the Qwertylians because I thought the Ur-Quan would attack me soon, but instead they attacked the Quertylians. Currently I'm thinking about canceling the NAP with the Qwerty and attacking them.

I suspect the Krillian to be the #1 player with an awful lot of planets, but he is on the other side of the galaxy. Also they seem to have some allies like the Ur-Quan and the Suckers.
I'm supporting the Deltans a little in their war against the Havenites, to prevent an easy win of the Havenites.

Ur-Quan summary:
So far I think things are going okay.. My sparring partner and I seem to have reached an unspoken truce while we carve up our mutual inactive neighbor. This is most helpful to me as it'll give me time to finish scrapping the C16 I have so I can build Dreadnaughts to pit against my enemy once our little unspoken truce is up and we've taken our share of the meat next door. Hehe.... It's a good thing he's no multi tasker or I might be in trouble. Fighting 2 wars at once would probably agree with his economy far more than mine. Or perhaps I'm just a minor nuisance to him... (That'll change when my DN's start rolling out >:] ) As for my status in the game, compared to others.. I'm not at all surprised I'm a low rung race.. I'm still braking into PVP play for Stars.. I just hope I can come out in a good place when all is said and done... It's also good practice for me to be one of my weaker PRT's. (WM) Smile It's fun overall, regardless of my race design mistakes (OH HOW I WISHED I WERE PP!) Heh.. OH and if some guy starts kicking my butt and I'm down to like, little cloaked ships and space refugees, DON'T Set my race to dead until I'm actually dead. Like, ALL dead. I'm still intrinsicy useful to my allies as a scout and war mongerish type .

I asked again at about 2480
Ur-Quan summary:
Though until now the constant war we've waged in various places hasn't really hit home lately, things are looking grim for once. The V are beginning to sweep through my space.. The fleets are scrambling to stop them, but it seems in vain.. We will fight to the last though. Our diplomats have recruited the last of the Qwerty, and the military will try and secure a new home for them on Zulu. I do hope the marauders in the area attack Zulu.. Our 49 Doom Dreadnaughts shall sweep them like chaff. With their chaff. Expectations of retaliation against the V are looking bad. As we can't outlast them. And with a scant 18 production planets.. I worry about my chances.

Thanks to the Ur-Quan's excellent diplomatic skills. Every weak race in the galaxy is now on our side.. Save the Soviets. Whom would have joined us had they lived. There are 2 sides now.. Ur-Quan, Heavenite, Krillian, Mordor, Sucker, Deltan, and Qwerty.. Vs Temple and V. (I wish I could say it was unfair to have so many races against so few, at best it may be just barely enough I fear.) Some of us fight both, some like myself, only fight 1 as both would overwhelm our merger forces. Though our annihilation is probably ensured..

Ur-Quan space is becoming a Refugee Nation, Heavenites are fleeing in mass to our inner worlds. Mordor are backed up against our boarders.. or.. What's left of them anyway. Qwerty have been given a sanction in our space. It may be their only home for a long time though. I plan to make GOOD use of them though. Possibly as cloaked fleet hunters. The Deltans are coming into the war in exchange for Propulsion 16 which I'll give them.

It shall be a glorious war, and though we shall fight on till either the host counts us dead.. Or our last colonist, and our last starship have been merged with the infinite!

THE UR-QUAN SHALL NOT CEASE TO FIGHT UNTIL ALL UR-QUAN HAVE BEEN ELIMINATED FROM THE GALAXY!

Haven summary:
I made the hideous mistake of attacking the V without first building mass drivers on my worlds, or taking out his worlds in my space.

This resulted in doing minor damage to him and suffering massive damage myself.

I'm currently running and relocating to provide a tiny bit of high-mass gate capability to the Ur-Quan, who seem to be the only race with any power whatsoever left except for the V-Temple alliance that seems quite certain to win together.

Pretty much everyone but the V and Temple seem grouped against them, but with minimal coordination and little power, the outcome seems a near-certainty to be in favor of the V-Temple alliance.

v summary:
v has noticed a very hostile universe. v is in war with every race except for the Krillian and the Temple of Light. v hasn't attacked any of them except the Quertylians who are nearly dead now - an import outpost in the south west corner is the result. Still, v has defended quite well and has started offensives against the Havenites, the Suckers, the Mordor and the Ur-Quan. The Havenites had been quite easy to defeat - v cannot understand why they didn't use mineral packets to destroy v's colonies in the middle of their area. Now, they have no area any more.

The Ur-Quan are more of a problem. They have a very widespread area and, meanwhile, they have killed all of v's outer planets in the Krillian area. It's not easy to get access to them - hopefully, v will be able to use the Krillian stargates some more time. The Ur-Quan planets HAVE to be destroyed! The Mordor are, thank god, nearly dead now. They gave a hard fight.

Well, there are three major races left: The Krillian, probably #1, the Temple of Light, #2, and v, #3 (been #2 up to 3 years ago). All of them have lots of Nubians. It could be very positive that the Temple of Light and the Krillian are at war with each other. Only that they have no access to each other's planets except through v's stargates. Probably, fleet transfer has to be forbidden for both races, although v is big friend with the Temple of Light.

Well, what will be next? Trying to defeat the Ur Quan and the Suckers, which will be a lot of work. And hope that the Krillian won't get the idea to attack. It will be a hard fight with (hopefully) open end. Goal: defeat the Krillian in cooperation with the Temple of Light, and then have the better position for the end fight against the Temple of Light.

Sucker summary:
Well, it's been one long strange trip downhill since the Suckers & Mordors attacked the V. One long strange trip downhill with a foot in our collective arses as well.

Mordors seem to have gotten the worst of it. My impressive minefields have slowed the V advance quite a bit. Since the Temple of Light joined the V, it's been a lot tougher. My minelayers are getting picked off more and more often, but still, without them, I would have been dead 10 years ago.

Speaking of which, the V have not seriously tried to fight me. I've gone from 4th place to 9th in 25 turns, but with the number of fields I have, it's slow going for him, and I have yet to see him try a serious sweep attack. (WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?)

The last 5 turns I have been Finlandizing with Krill. Remember how Finland sucked up to Mother Russia after WW2? Hell, I ain't stupid. Krill will win and I am conceding planets to him in exchange for a piece of the pie at the end.

(Shortly after this, the player dropped and was replaced)

Temple summary:
I am at war with the Krill since 2476. After some initial success, I am now on the retreat for some years, having lost some battles (my Nubian losses total 120), but preserving my main fleet. Their main fleet currently (year 2486) contains 700+ Nubians (over 420 with Omegas, rest AMP) and some smaller fleets with approx. 300 Nubians altogether. We have been playing cat and mouse for a few years. They are using the gates of the V, my allies, and are very annoying with their SD minefields lately. The V have still set the Krill to friend and vice versa.

I have put all my resources into fleet building for some years, having now gathered 480 max-cloaked Omegas and I'm trying to lure the Krill main fleet into a trap. Since I have only used beamers so far, they have split their chaff from their main fleet and will hopefully jump to my "main fleet" of somewhat over 200 Beamers (with Sappers/Mega-Ds.). Together with my Omegas there and lots of chaff, I should be able to win this battle. But the Krill are constantly building reinforcements (mostly Beamers lately) and could bring in a bigger fleet than I expect.

Even if the Krill don't walk into the trap, I will gain a military advantage sooner or later because of my greater production capacity (I'm still no. 1 in score/resources). My tech is now 24/26/23/26/24/17, I have got Prop 23 from the V and I have reached Total Terraforming 20 in 2481, my resources jumped from then 140k to now 180k and I'm putting everything into ship building. But their epic writing skills which show in their in-game messages remain quite impressive Smile

My other opponents pose no real danger. The Mordors and the Havenites are nearly dead, the Ur-Quan could still be somewhat dangerous, but I still have neutral relations with them and they lack the fleet capacity to be a big threat. The Suckers still have no Nubians and seem quite occupied with the V.

(The trap didn't work as planned, but a few turns later, Temple and Krill had a major battle that Temple won)

Qwerty summary:
My empire ceased to exist i am virtually destroyed by the alliance from the V and the temple of light, lucky for me just before i was totally destroyed the Ur-Quan and their allies asked me to stop the war and offered me peace. when i accepted and they were aware of my situation they offered me a planet in their space and also gave me some older ships to protect my self. So i loaded up a few colonists and traveled to my new home still hoping that one day i can return to my homeworld and live there in peace, but that will take some time. First thing now is the utter destruction of the races that massacred my population and destroyed my empire…8)

Deltan summary:
We are currently beset by the V, and at peace with pretty much everyone else. The Temple of Light have been very helpful in getting us key technology, in return for which we have given them some excellent bombers. Early on, we were at war with the Havenites, but were able to fight them to a successful stalemate. Unfortunately during that war, we lost our homeworld. The V pretty much put an end to any threat the Havenites presented. We now aren't very optimistic about surviving the war with the V. Our only hope really, is to spread to other parts of the galaxy beyond their immediate reach.

The Delts are clearly not a key player in this game, but may still offer a surprise or two.

(Soon after this, Temple ended the NAP with Deltan, and with v, wiped them out, a replacement took over at the end)

There was a Krill summary too, I seem to have lost it, I probably have it at work, I'll look there on Monday.

As a funny side note, my initial prediction of:

"some guy starts kicking my butt and I'm down to like, little cloaked ships and space refugees"

Was exactly what ended up happening to me.. As an afterthought.. I eventually did get one last and only chance to take the V HW as my own way of striking a moral blow to V for nearly exterminating me...

Ironically if I hadn't used up most of the 1.6 million people I had taking a worthless world 25 years earlier I'd have taken his HW.. LOL go figure eh? Or if I'd just moved my fleet off his HW when the time came.. But.. Oh well.. (I honestly didn't expect that my last war fleet to survive in cloaked seclution for like 30 or 40 years.. HONESTLY! V HAD TD's!) I really thought he'd use those on me.. At least ONE of them anyways.

I'm still happy I managed that sly little trick and even happier that... (And to this I count my self token winner, that I survived to the end with pop and at least a civilian fleet.. ) wOOt 1

Viva La ARK of the Ur-Quan!

(Note: I probably would have done a TON Better had I gone with A) my initial IS race, B) my 3rd idea of being PP [oh what a fool I was not to use that!] or C) going as IT which is what I'm best at.) Ah well Good game!

Hi,
yes, i will be more aware of sneak attacks in the future. It was quite a surprise when I saw the Ur-Quan taking my home world... At least it didn't last long, but my HW never returned to full power again.
Yes, I did have Tachyons, but just 10 of them - there were never enough of them at any place, and I just didn't expect anyone in my home area...

LOL!

Me:
Your welcome Smile

Wizard:
"I just didn't expect anyone in my home area..."

Me:
That was a calculated personality assessment on my part. Also, it had to do with my never attempting such an outlandish thing on you before. (Afterall attacking someone's heart when your dying isn't what most do I rekon.)

Wizard:
"yes, i will be more aware of sneak attacks in the future."

Me:
Awe.. And deprive countless generations of such a hillariously satasfying token victory? Sigh.. If you must.

Thank you.. I guess. WOO HA HA!! <Takes bow>

Here is the Krill summary from 2485:

Wonka World according to the Krill (2485)

Relations:
Krill and their settings:
Friend: v, suckers, Ur-Quan, Qwerty, Mordor, Havenites
Enemy: Temple
Neutral: Deltans

There are some weird politics going on in this universe. I am set to friend with the v, but we are very close to hostile relations for last 30 years. The v have the temple as allies (I think) who I am at war with. Both the temple and I have been using v gates to attack each other.

The v and temple are attacking the suckers, mordors, havenites and Qwerty (only 1 freighter fleet left, no planets).
The temple have the Deltans set to friend and are trading with them. The v have them set to enemy and attack them.
The temple have the Ur-Quan set to neutral or friend and have not been bothering them. The v have been actively killing them.

Current History:
For the last few years, I have been attacking the temple up north. They had started to take a large chunk of the Sucker planets and I couldn’t allow this to happen. I gave warning and killed a temple MT fleet as a way to provoke them into declaring war since I could not declare war on them without bringing the v in on their side (My assumption of course). Since then, I have driven them for the north and now I am pursuing them in the middle-eastern part of the universe.

I had planned on the Soviets being dead by this time, but the Temple sent a force in to save their last planet. I only got to bomb the planet 1 year before my outdated fleet was destroyed. I am now sending packets to finish the job.

The suckers have been evacuating planets for me to take over and I have been colonizing the former sucker planets the v and temple had previously taken. I have also been colonizing the soviet, ur-quan and qwerty planets that had been cleaned by the v, temple or myself. This has led me to 2nd place after many years in 3rd.

The mordors, and havenites are almost eliminated and that leaves the Ur-quan in 4th place. I still place the v in first and the Temple in 2nd. The other races are can’t threaten the big powers directly , although they can still play a pivotal role in the downfall of the v and temple.

Universe:
The middle of the universe is a wasteland. The v and temple are trying to colonize it, but they are all new colonies with the Havenites, Ur-Quan and Mordor remaining planets spread out in there.

This is a representation of the universe with most of the edges blurry:

   Krill Krill V
   Krill/Ur-quan wasteland V
   V Temple Temple

Plans:
My plans are to beat the temple back from the middle along all fronts, but to concentrate on them in the south-west. I currently have most of my forces in the middle-west or middle-east. I am building ~120 nubs per turn and using havenite gates to move them closer.

I will have to declare on the v soon and will start preparing for that by building more freighters to line up for packet attacks and have smaller forces to attack SB’s. It is going to be very ugly the first few years of war with the v and I want to prepare for it more than all the other races crushed by the v. My biggest fear is the v’s 98% cloaked arm nubs. To that end, I am building a scanner on every planet and my new mml design includes an elephant scanner. It is not enough IMO, but it’s the best I can do right now.
