lol, I wasn't intending to host it at all... If somebody seriously wants to host a game like this (can't be me for at least a couple of months) then obviously it'd have to be PBEM. If somebody else wants to host this game then feel free to go ahead.
As far as the game rules go, I think you'd need to make some minor restrictions - change to non-playing host as an absolute minimum, and possibly also remove 'multiple races permitted.'

Yeah, I figured that if the '3 hour gens' and 23:59:59 GMT Apr 1st same-day start date wasn't silly enough, then the "apr1" in the email would be clincher...
