Needed : DEDICATED Beginners for Tournament

Ok, I need a LOT of DEDICATED beginners/Intermediate for a tournament I'd like to host. It's on the same basis as the other tournament discussed by donjon on the Bar.

-Sparse
-Random Races (I'll need some help there) Confused

-Core

I'll need a minimum of 16 people. I understand that beginners/Intermediate arent the most reliable players (me being one) so after each game the 4 weakest/Inactive/dead/chickens/blabla players will be dropped.

General rule for the entire tournament:
Since I don't believe in missing a turn Evil or Very Mad

(although I have missed 2 turns I can remember Rolling Eyes

), You either tell me your going to miss a turn or after your 3rd missed turn, youre out Evil or Very Mad

. It may be harsh but I AM asking for dedicated players. Thats the only way a tournament is going to work.

I think the generation will be the same as what donjon sugested, mabey a bit faster since it IS a Tournament afterall Rolling Eyes

This is my first post ever in theo Homeworld Forum and I would like a good match of my low skill level in this tournament you set up. I have prior experience with playing AI many times but only very few with human players (one game involve being a replacement player for 10 days). So where should I send my race file?

First things first. I'need to set up the game parameters and race restrictions. I first want atleast 16 people who are DEDICATED and will be able to play for at least 1 year constantly

It'll be a big commitment so you should think carefully about actually signing up if you know you'll not be able to play for 1 year.

It will aslo take some time for the setup of a 3 game tournament so I'll have to talk to donjon or somebody about the setup first

THIS is the List of names sofar. I'll update this post as I get more names.

One more thing Very Happy

: absolutely no alliances bevore hand and EVERYONE will play EACH game Anonamos or as a different name as to keep everyone from ganging up on the leader and just generally ganging up.
