I recommend running dosbox with windows 3.1, as This makes no big changes to your computer. Of course you have to find a win3.1 installation first, but it is possible to find on the net. And max resolution will be 1024x768.
One funny thing about this approach is that when you have everything set up you may even transfer the files to your android phone and run stars there, eg with andosbox. Very Happy

Not recommended for play though, just as proof of concept, as it will run horribly slow, even on a s4 Wink
