Hm, tough on my poor (or should I say absent...) memory. I have a note that the NAP exit clause with the Tara Brown was exercised by them in 2447, but I'm quite sure that I already had those MMs in place before that. I think I first attacked the Zielone with the MMs and that was before my NAP with the Tara ended, so I think that 2447 is a late estimate, maybe mid 40s?
Beamer BBs followed quite quickly, since going from C11 to C14 wasn't too expensive with Con cheap. My first BBs were CP Beamers. Going from W11 to W13 was after that.
From the score graph, I had about 6k resources in 2430, about 14k in 2440 and about 22k in 2450.
I'm quite sure that I didn't have BBs before the Tara were defeated and that my first beamer BBs were used against the Zielone. So if they or someone else can determine from their score table when that happened, that would give a good guesstimate I think.
