CA's having the ability to see everyone's habs, by temporarily setting relations to "Ally".

The game doesn't wait for the relationship to be confirmed by the other party, or for the next gen.
It show's the habs in the same turn.

That one might be nice to know for new players (or anyone else who doesn't know about it), but there is no way to check whether someone is using it.
