Correct, it should be "diplomacy"

The good thing (or bad, depending on your point of view) about English is that english writers/users will (steal) use words from other languages to become "english". Perhaps "diplomatie" will get into the Oxford dictionary someday as an english word.

With respect to you article, I would suggesting compacting your last 2 paragraphs into one i.e.

Created in the era of the elderly Windows 3.1; the Stars game runs well up to the 32bit Vista OS. It will run fine on 64bit Vista OS and Windows under Virtual XP mode. As such, you may easily store the game and games on a USB stick and play from any computer.

You could jazz it up a bit - for example

STARS! is a great strategy game designed solely for the best of multiplayer experience against other humans. The mechanics of the game are not only detailed and well designed but also well balanced, thanks in part to the help of a small but very loyal player base who spots possible bugs and/or abuse and police the games officialised by their automatic host.
