That html is no good. I extracted it too some time ago. Most links are dead, and rebuilding them is not easy. Confused

Fixing that link was easy - forgot http:// . The html hlp pages themselves are a whole different story. I agree the extraction was very crude, but at least its there, and I don't have time to rebuild it by hand - would almost be easier to just rewrite it.
