It's fairly easy to calculate if you know the direction and speed the packet will be traveling. Packets travel 1/2 the distance of the warp they are thrown at the year they are thrown.

Simply set a waypoint to the planet and then measure out the next waypoint and you can do it with a little trial and error in the map screen. This won't work though for packets travelling at warps above 10.

Starscalc will provide the intercept co-ordinates for the full warp travel of the packet - you'll have to reduce the location by half yourself.
