Somehow I find this legisltion very confusing - for instance, it says:

Seems to me I disclosed my identity when I signed up with my ISP...
Now, (fortunately I don't live in George W's police state so I 'may' be safe), seems to me many of us can be in BIG trouble. I.e. The Sneaky Stalks post nasty in-game messages to the Snotty Noses for 5 turns in order to annoy them and provoke them into attacking. Guess we better send the Sneaky Stalks player to jail since the game has been played by using the internet.......
