Also my vote. They're the only tool for most races to get some installations on an opponent's planet intact.

My other two votes:

PRT: IS. If I'd have to enter a completelly unknown game I'd chose them. Those guys just have so many great toys and abilities in every stage of the game, for solo or team play, that they become almost too easy to play.

LRT: NAS. Great points, double the scan range (much easier to find those damn 95%+ cloaked SS terror ships Smile

), and pen scanners can very often be bought.
