Finally - if you are banned for inappropiate actions and then you uncontrolled empire, goes and does the same thing again (or something similar) what happens?

In my case I was given a turn's leeway to remove the offending colonie ship that was inadvertantly bombing a planet.

In fact, this has happened on two occasions so far in Armistice One.

What you have to bear in mind, is that, in the final analysis, penalties can be altered either way at my discretion... hopefully scoring a point here and there for good common sense.
