I like Mazda's idea - I think the game would be much more playable if the number of beam weapons had to be less than the number of engines. So frigates, scouts, destroyers, no beam weapons, so if you do plan on using some form of chaff, it will be expensive (Cruiser chaff ?! OUCH !!) . But still a restriction on shields - only starbases mount shields.
Hey, Edog, so you want to play in a game with me again? And I thought I was Insane..... Just FYI, Garcia's pop are dying a horrible death as we speak. But I'd be up for a duel sometime, maybe after August.....
