First of all, neither i am against the idea.......nor am i saying that it is impossible......

All I was trying to put across was whether it was a good idea to do it thru AutoHost.....because of the fact that the timing, if done the Autohost way, would not be very acurate because things happen but then as you and others say things happen anyways......... Smile

I never said that this was a bad idea.....its different and nice...but i still think that it would best be implemented in a new stars where the client program does actual timing of time spent on each turn.... Smile

Ofcourse this will just be an option.....in the "new stars" ... Smile

Well for this to be done thru Autohost......Ron would have to modify AH....the host would have to be allowed to set this option...mailing turns after gens would have to be stopped for that particular game.....the time stamps for downloads of turns will have to be recorded..which can be easily done since .....and when uploading......time will have to be checked... Smile
