Hi, I'm about to start hosting a new game. I want to try to ensure the Observer race is centered and the player races are evenly spaced in a circle. Sherlock

Can anybody recommend a good universe editing tool? (Include a link please, so I can find it...) Confused

Is it easy/possible to move homeworlds? Rolling Eyes

You could try the Universe Creator, located here. For utilities you can always check the Stars!FAQ site, but currently down, this is a mirror.

It is easy to move HWs, however you can only move them North/South, not East/West.
If you have any questions, feel free to aks, I've used it several times.
