Advanced Beginner or intermediate level experience preffered.
Game hosted on AutoHost, 5 turns/week, Daily at 4:00 AM EST

Hmm, interesting questions, but I don't have the answers to most of the questions. How about a private e-mail if you are interested, but an e-mail to race owner as listed in the original post would be the most informative.

Here are the game parameters from original NG post:

Game Name Galactic Holiday

Universe Medium normal
Player positions Distant
Option 1 Slower Tech Advances
Option 2 Accelerated BBS play
Option 3 Galaxy Clumping

The standard "cheats" are banned. These include
Battleboard overload,
SS pop steal,
Mineral upload to enemy fleet for the purposes of preventing invader
from gaining the minerals with the planet.
splitting into greater than 100 fleets to prevent the 101st fleet from
being targetted.
Direct North-South or East-West minefield avoidance.
