Was it previously located at [drive]:\users\[user]\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Windows ?
What was wrong when it was located there? forget serial? zip orders? window layout? ie.. why had to?


The ini file was not being written too by the Stars Program. So in my way of doing things, I just kept changing things until it did, and that's what it took to get it working.

There may be other ways to do it I'm sure.

Edit: moments later, I checked both locations and now the ...Virtual/Windows/Stars.ini is being used by the Stars program. I don't know if I can undo everything on my computer and check it, but it's working now.
