Not to criticize someone who went to a fair bit of work but ...
a) The tech 20 disruptor is just "Disruptor". Looks like a copy&paste from tech 18.
b) The Mega Disruptor and the two Pulverizers are missing.
c) While items requiring multiple techs are all noted as such, they are not consistently displayed. For example, Depleted Neutronium shows up under Elec3 and Cons10 without either mentioning the other in the popup note. Other items generally appear in just one place (e.g. Beam Deflector under Cons6) with a pop-up note explaining which other techs are needed. But the choice of which tech to actually display the item under is odd. Why not the highest? The sheet has Smart Bomb at Weap5 with the notation that Bio7 is also required. Or the Stargate any/300 at Prop6 with the notation that Cons10 is also required.

Well, turns out it wasn't so hard, after all.
I just added a "techtree display" to my old "allitems dumper" html-javascript thingy. It's nearly finished, with only minor retouches, like color, remaining.
It displays each and every item (including Terraforming, MTs, and zero-tech) according to their highest tech requirement, links them to their definitions in the "dumper" section and it's dynamic, meaning it should work with mods too.
Now if only I could find a way to post the html somewhere for others to read/tear apart...
