Hmm... Mega Poly Shell.... That's not a bad idea...
Let's see what to stick on the last slot?
Multi Function Pod will boast it's combat speed to 1.25, That's better than 1/2 which is what it has without... And 91% cloaked...

Mega Poly Shell gives it a pen scan range of 52ly.. 105 non... And makes it 90% cloaked...

Alien Miner? Well if you have ARM why do you need the Alien Miner? I mean you could share it. um.. Maybe.. But that would involve destroying it or loning it out.. Unless your ARM it can't both terraform AND extract ore.. Though that could be kinda funny Smile

Ultra Miner Hull: Enigma Pulsar, 12 OA's and 3... What? Mega Poly Shells? or Multi Caro Pods? or 3 Multi Function Pods? Could do 3 Transport Cloaks.. Since those take no tech even SS could get them.

Outside of low tech stuff those are my only choices for the electronic/mechanical/armor/scanner slot.
