Now that we have had time to grow to understand our neighbours, and their intentions, it has come time, perhaps, to state our perspective cases.

The Illustrious House of Settembrini has strived, as it will, for strength in this universe. And we are strong - but not through aggressive action, rather through thorough expansion. It is thus in light of the actions of our not so near neighbours that I must declare allegiances.
The House of Settembrini declares it for the forces of Good, and the Cancer and the Borg Collective for the forces of Evil. Now, I will not endeavour to speak for any other inhabitants of this universe, as they shall all wish to speak for themselves. Yet I must urge you to speak out, dear races of Zared 2, and express for whom and what you stand!
I say this as the Lord and Leader of Our Glorious Domain, one who is Strong and Willing, but one who is not absent of Compassion. We shall see indeed what others are, and whether what they say here will hold true for their actions.
