Thanks, ive sent him a PM a few days ago and just sent him an email through the forum.

If its hex editing, wouldnt any hex editor work? Ive modded master of magic using a hex edtior, although the hard part is finding the addresses. Has anyone here tried to do that?

Edit : What about editing the AI race files to lower their hab range? Is that possible?
