The game is on hold until Brad gets his first turn in, at which point I will open it back up (hopefully by Saturday if he hustles). I'm waiting for all turns to be in because I don't want it to automatically generate before we're ready.
Remember, all diplomacy needs to be conducted in-game to remain in the spirit of the rules.
I will try to post regular updates about the situation in the Careful War universe, as there are other players who are interested in a game like this. I encourage the rest of you to post as well (no sensitive data, naturally!).
