And there came a plague that did not favor the warriors, but rather cursed them. And they beat their swords into frisbees and there was peace throughout the galaxy. And the Plague Master saw this that it was good and said: "Crap!"
No war
And then there was peace and empires prospered and mighty fleets accumulated and it was good.
All war activity on hold. No bombing, attacking, pop dropping, unterraforming, packets on enemy, etc.
