As ruler of the MechWarrior race I welcome all you races. We are a race of machines. We do not suffer from any of the hindrance as flesh races. We are open to diplomatic talks at this time.
As a show of good will we will allow any unarmed scouts to pass through any space we currently have. These ships will only be attacked by The MechWarrior race if they stop at a planet that belongs to us. Mad
