Hi,
skipping three turns in a row without warning to me is a reason to be replaced, but I already said that so I guess you're asking how many turns NOT in a row? I can't put a number on that, no way for me to tell if it's on purpose or not ... 
There _are_ people who have busy lives. A turn every two days is as advertised, having one extra is a bonus, not a _must_ (although nice  ).
I too like a higher pace, I did not expect that these settings would make such a slow start, the more reason for me to chose IFE next game again,
