I prefer putting the points into hab. AR doesn't need 19%, IMO about 15 is enough.
And yes, choose an immunity. That's fairly standard for AR. But: I wouldn't choose 1/2500 at all, except with a race with 3 (!) immunities. I haven't played one myself, but I think that 1-immune ARs are usually better.
