It is my sad duty to highlight yet another violation of the armistice. 
It would appear that this year, an unidentified vessel of Empty origin arrived at the planet of Knob, a friendly colony owned by the Plecos.
As the fledgeling community gathered by their huts, suspending large and vivid "Welcome Spacefaring Friends!" banners outside of their homes, the Empty spaceship dropped thousands of shock troops onto the planet surface.
Many innocent men, women, and fishy children were slaughtered in an incident that set back Plecos basket-weaving by hundreds of years.
Let us all wear black armbands for one lunar cycle, to mourn the unnecessary loss of yet more happy souls.
Meanwhile, the Empty will be BANNED for 6 years.
We suggest that they use this time to reflect upon the tragic results of their thoughtless actions.
